Ensure the Gateway is powered on and that Wi-Fi is enabled on your mobile device. Move your mobile device closer to the Gateway, and then disable and re-enable the Wi-Fi connection on your device.
Please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to complete the setup of the SBC app
