Error code 0015-1805 internet is working and connected to my provider (Xfinity) but, can’t get the app is allow me to set up actual network…..

If its a router only device, what modem/gateway is it connected to?
when is it giving you the error?
Is the app being used on iOS or android?
The error code 0015-1805 means that your mobile phone cannot connect to your SBG10 Wi-Fi network. If you already changed the default Wi-Fi name and password, try entering the Wi-Fi name and password for Wi-Fi connection instead of scan the label during app setup.
