2.5 Ghz password issues SBG6950AC2

Out of the blue, the password for our 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi stopped working. All of our devices say “incorrect password” when trying to connect. 5G wireless still works with our normal previous password. We did not change the password for either band. We have tried logging into the modem interface or GUI but the default username and password don’t work. I don’t believe we changed those either. We have also tried holding down the reset button on the router several times, for up to a minute, and that hasn’t done anything to help. We are out of warranty so hoping we can find an answer here!

In this case we would suggest you to perform proper hard reset on the modem for 30secs then try connecting devices using the default login credentials. Please try n different device to connect also could you please help us with the LED light status on the modem.
