Hello. Please I need help to connect an app with my 2.4 G wifi that my SBG6700-AC router has .

The application is called Laresmart and it only works with 2.4 G Wi-Fi, which my router has and xfinity configured it for me in my account. Could you give me the IP or help me connect it?
