SSID changed to ARRIS-0000 and internet is lost. Have done multiple hard resets which haven't worked. I haven't been able to use 198.162.0.1 either. I can't get anything working through the app either.

In this case since you have done with all possible trouble shooting we just need to confirm what is the LED light status on the modem and if you are unable to connect to the modem WIFI network please connect any device for direct connection and check for internet If still same issue persist you can reach out Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if your modem is under warranty.
