Can't access the admin login on Arris SB SBG7400. I was able to earlier in the day with the generic user name & the password I created & then later nothing. I tried resetting the unit, that didn’t work. I saw several other questions raised about this issue. I’m using Google Chrome.

We understand that you are unable to access the web manager page so we would suggest you to follow the below following steps for a proper RESET:
Please, disconnect the coaxial cable from the back of the modem.
At the back of the modem, in the middle section you will see a small hole, inside that hole there is a button, and that is the reset button, please insert a paper clip or a tip of a pen and hold it for 30 seconds until all your lights go off, afterwards connect the coax cable back and wait until your device fully boots up.
After this, please login user name :admin and password : password. Hope this steps helps to solve .
