Can the surfboard SBG7400AC2 wifi which operates on 2.4ghz or 5 be enabled to operate only on 2.4

I have multiple security cameras on my home wifi that only operate on the 2.4ghz frequency, so when the router switches to 5ghz I lose the ability to connect to the cameras.  Is there a way to only use the 2.4ghz and block the router from switching to 5ghz.

I downloaded the surfboard central app on my phone(android )and created a wifi connection on the 2.4Ghz frequency, using the app. Then I used that connection for my home network. I have not had any problems with the cameras now connecting.

The router doesn’t switch back and forth.

Its a dual band that broadcasts both at once.
