The doorbell camera will not connect to wifi.  I need help configuring my Arris Surfboard SBG7600AC2 to work with Eufy Doorbell Camera.  I have done extensive research to make sure all other potential issues are handled.  In my research, I found specific guidance for configuring my router, however, after reviewing the Admin screens I can’t figure out how to apply the configuration details.  Here is what’s recommended:

Temporarily disable the firewall settings on your router and ensure the following ports are allowed:

  • TCP: 80, 443
  • UDP: 0-65535

Add the following P2P Hole Punching server IPs to your router's allowlist:

  • 34.235.4.153
  • 18.223.127.200
  • 54.153.101.7

By default, ports 80 and 443 are open, so it's not necessary to manually open any ports to connect your cameras to Wi-Fi.

Port forwarding is typically used to enable access to specific services over the internet.

Please ensure that your cameras are connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi frequency. Additionally, we recommend logging into your router’s interface, navigating to the 'Wireless 2.4GHz' tab, and setting the Security Mode to 'WPA/WPA2-PSK (TKIP/AES) – Most Compatible'. After making these changes, restart your gateway and try connecting the cameras again.

Did you check with Eufy? They’d be the experts on their devices.

And some of their doorbells require their hub to connect back to (not all of them)
