Connected, No Internet

We have SBG7600AC2 SURFboard® DOCSIS® 3.0 Cable Modem & Wi-Fi® Router that is currently saying “Connected, No Internet” on our google tv and some apps are working but some won’t for the last couple days.. Ie Netflix will but Prime video won’t. We restarted our modem and reconnected to the wifi on the tv many times and still nothing. We are currently in the process of resetting our modem with the button on the back but we are at the configure screen and theres no factory reset option! 

Please help, thanks in advance!

If I am understanding you correctly, you have already performed the ‘reset’. You don’t do the reset on the configure screen. You should be able to start basic setup from configure.
