I have just moved to a new house and brought my old router with me. My new service provider issued me a router and modem and have it connected downstairs, however upstairs in the loft the signal is very weak. I have another coax cable connection upstairs, how could I use my old router as a second router?

Are you trying to use SBG6950AC2 as just a router by connecting coax line at the other part of your home?
