i have a arris model# sbg7600ac2 i need to know how to use the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wi-fi at the same time. i have 5ghz for my pc and tvs in the house. i am trying to install a security system that runs on 2.4ghz how can i use both at the same time

The SBG7600AC2 has two separate bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz). If you haven't changed the network names, the default name for the 2.4GHz network will be 'ARRIS' and for the 5GHz network, it will be 'ARRIS 5G'. Try connecting the security system to the 2.4GHz network.
