Site now says I’m locked out because apparently I am not using the correct password. Customer service does not answer their phone. How can I successfully change my password without calling in?

Restart the Gateway: Begin by restarting the SBG7400AC2 gateway.

Connect to the Correct Network: Make sure your device is connected to the SBG7400AC2 Wi-Fi network.

Login Credentials:
- If you’ve changed the login credentials, use your updated username and password.
- If this is your first time logging in, use the default credentials:
- Username: admin (all lowercase)
- Password: password (all lowercase)

Locked Out?:
- If you're unable to log in or have been locked out, perform a factory reset on the gateway.
- After the reset, try logging in again using the default credentials.
