My internet connection keeps going out intermittently...should i reset my SBG7600AC2?

Since you are experiencing with intermittent internet connection, I suggest you to check the cable signals by following the steps in the link given below:

Also if you experiencing intermittent internet issue on Wi-Fi connection, change the Wi-Fi channels by following steps in the below given link:

You can try that. 

You can also log in and check your cable connections page and event logs. 

(post them on here if you want help analyzing them. screensnips)

Did you check with the isp? They can also check the signal but their first response is always “it isn’t or line/equipment. Must be yours. Replace it”. 

Just be prepared for that

FYI.... My ISP was at my house for 2 hours yesterday trying to figure it out….
