Locked out of modem, cant connect with customer support - sbg7600AC2

I’m locked out of my SBG7600AC2 due to too many incorrect login attempts. I never set a password, so I expected "password" to work, but it doesn't. I also tried a password from the Surfboard app, but that didn’t work either.

I’ve already tried a factory reset, unplugged it for 10 minutes, and performed a 30-30-30 reset, but nothing seems to help. I think I might need to contact customer support to unlock it. Any tips before I do that?

In this case if the default credentials is not working you need to reset modem to use the default login credentials to access GUI since there is no option to give forget password so only way to access interface of your modem by resetting the unit completely. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password  to connect to your network.

At the back of the modem, in the middle section you will see a small hole, inside that hole there is a button, and that is the reset button, please insert a paper clip or a tip of a pen and hold it for 15-30 seconds until all your lights go off, afterwards wait until your device fully boots up.
