I have 2 IP addresses

2603:80A0:1700:5030:367F:E838:983C:1ACB

2603:80A0:1700:5030:3E3E:EC37:E8D5:3640

with no Name, Mac ID or Type.

Explain? I believe it's been accessed thru a masked ip. They are wiping out my bandwidth. I even changed the SSID and whoever it is got onto it again.
