Recently got a SBG69 series cable modem after the one supplied by my ISP, Spectrum, died. It worked fine the first few months, but now seems to be going offline with the firmware update light blinking every morning, and at other inopportune times of day. Is this a Spectrum thing (maybe they don’t like me not renting a modem from them anymore?) or a modem fix? Plz help - my phone bill from using my wi-fi hot spot is gonna be astronomical...

To let to know the issue more clearly, could you help us with the LED lights status of the modem?
Also are you able to see the Wi-Fi name on the Wireless devices?
