Modem not connecting to the Internet even though networks

My surfboard app for my sbg7400ac2 keeps telling me that I can’t connect even though all the lights are on and xfinity says that the connection is on. I’m able to connect to the networks via my laptop and phone, but the networks are not connected to the internet
