So I've been with my cox representative for like 2 and half hours and we've been trying to get the modem/router up and running. The issue is that it isn't broadcasting a ssid, I bought it used and think it might have caused an issue there.

In this case could you please help me with the modem LED light status and also try performing basic trouble shooting like performing restart or the reset on the modem for 30secs. also check for the modem Wi-Fi name after disconnecting coax cable from the modem.
