Hello I just got this wifi internet router, and internet service is through spectrum I hooked it up and it acts like it wants to connect but then says no internet, then says I have to activate with a laptop, I don't have a laptop...I called spectrum they told me I have to talk with the people associated with ARRIS sbg7400ac2 router so I don't know what to do I need help with setting this up please and thank you, I feel like I've wasted my money I don't own or have a laptop to activate the router, please if someone could reach out to me and help me with this I'd be so grateful, thank you have a blessed day/night.

Although Spectrum/Charter has previously approved this gateway, they will no longer facilitate new activations for this model. We suggest returning it to your place of purchase and exchanging it for our SBG8300, G34, G36, or G54. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
