Could you let us know the model number?

Regarding the activation, you can try self-activation through ISP’s app or contact ISP and activate the modem with HFC MAC address.

Contact the ISP for activation

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
