New router/modem

The middle light on my new router modem is not on.  All the other 4 lights are on.  Xfinity tells me they are not getting a power signal.  Help please.

What device do you have? 

Got a photo of it? middle light could be several depending on how you’re looking at it. 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
