A new Surfboard SBG6700-AC will not connect to the internet. Went through setup wizard and did a factory reset. All front panel lights are steady green except the INTERNET is green FLASHING. The computer communicates with the modem with 192.168.0.1. The computer shows “no internet”.
What else can be done to get the modem to connect to the Internet?
