Surfboard SBG7600 powers on but no internet or other indicator lights. Have power cycled many times and even did a few factory resets with no luck. Is unit DOA?

Could you let us know the current LED light status on your modem?
Also, can you confirm if the Wi-Fi networks are visible and broadcasting on your devices?
May I know who your internet service provider is and what speed plan you’ve subscribed to?
Were you able to access the modem’s GUI web portal at 192.168.0.1?
Could you provide the IPv4 address assigned to your device?
