SB7600AC2. Wifi is fine but internet 5G kept disconnecting….

 

I had technician come this morning….all good but once he left. Problem still not solved

Wifi is fine but not 5g? So wifi isn’t fine? 

Did you try changing the channels in case there’s interference?

Do all devices have issues? just devices on the 5ghz?

Do wired devices drop? 

 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
