If you are referring to changing the Wi-Fi password
You can change the Wi-Fi credentials in two ways:
- Through the Surfboard Central mobile app (if you have it set up).
- Via the web interface.

Push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on. that’ll reset it back to factory to where you can reinstall it and set your own password.
