I called xfinity they said modem is offline  i have also connected to the cable the lights are on and they can't get no signal please help

The SBG6950 is Docsis 3.0 device and works with Xfinity Internet speeds up to 300 Mbps. If you are subscribed to higher speed, they probably can’t activate it.

Is it offline? Are you able to access it? 

What are the lights on it doing? 

 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
