wi-fi connects to the phone but does not open the page.  Two lamps on the modem do not light up, online and data transfer.  What to do?

did you contact your ISP to see if its connected/provisioned for their service?

If you’re able to connect to the wifi, the router is working. Now you just need to find out if the modem is connected to the Isp

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
