SBG7400AC2: Windows 10 not connecting to USB file share

Followed the step-by guide:

https://arris.secure.force.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/SBG7400AC2-USB-Media-Sharing/?l=en_US&fs=RelatedArticle

Successfully able to connect via MacOS. However, per the Windows steps, each time I try to go to the 192.168.0.252 IP, I get an error. As “192.168.0.252” I get “site can’t be reached,” and as “\\192.168.0.252” I get “file couldn’t be accessed.”

What could be holding it up? I thought possibly it is trying to connect with my Windows credentials instead of my Arris credentials, but I assume I’d get a prompt if so. As I said, MacOS connected without issue, but Windows 10 will not. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
