My 1 year old sbg7600 loses internet 5-6 times per day for 20+ minutes a time.  I cannot find any support for this product that is still in warranty. 

 

This is the third Arris system that has failed in under 2 years.  Unbelievable lack of quality from such a big brand.  I'm surprised Best Buy still carries it.

                          sbg7600 is the combination of modem and router so if you have intermittent connection issue on WIFI and on both the network you can try changing WIFI channel or even with direct connection you need to check the cable signal level on your modem interface, so can you please help me with the right details to help you on this further,

I have same issue does not matter if wifi or ethernet. Computer says connected and secure with internet access but no website responds and connection keeps dropping. I have already contacted provider and they tell me it is the modem.

I have a SBG&600A2 using Comcast internet only cable and am seeing lots of intermittent drops of both 2.4 and 5 signals on 4 different computers. Only easy to resolve is to reboot the computer.

Since you are experiencing intermittent Wi-Fi connections, I would suggest changing the Wi-Fi channels and monitoring them for the next 24 hours.
