I cant access my gateway access account even though I inputted my correct password. It states “ account locked due to too many attempts”. How can I go about this?

Please advise, thank you.

Usually it locks you out for a period of time. But the problem is, if you dont know the password, you’d need to reset to get back in.

How do I do that ? Reset the password.

If you forget the password for the interface login, we recommend performing a factory reset by holding the reset button for at least 20 seconds. This will restore the entire gateway to its factory default settings.
