Came back from a family outing and found my ethernet ports no longer functioning. I have it connected to a ethernet switch which has my ps5 and other devices connected via ethernet. I've tried multiple cables and ports to no success. I've power cycled the modem multiple times and have done a factory reset. I fear it's a factory defect. Luckily my modem is under warranty but I don't know how to take advantage of it. I can't seem to find a real customer support page aside from this forum page. Any help is greatly appreciated.
