About a week ago the Ethernet ports for my SBG7600ac2 stopped working (seemingly without reason). I had a ps5 and pc connected to two ports, came home one day, and they were just not working. The lights on the back weren’t on, and neither my pc nor my PlayStation were showing any sort of connection. WiFi still works fine. 
 

I’ve tried going through Xfinity support, turning the modem off/on, trying different ports, and even factory resetting. Not sure what else to do, any ideas?

                                           Since you have done with all possible trouble shooting no need to repeat, you can try using different ethernet cable once if still same issue persist for further assistance you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport
