I know this question has been asked here many times but they all say the same thing and it’s not working for me. I have a  SBG7600AC2. I use all four ethernet ports. Recently they all turned off. No signal, no lights, I tried different cables. I tried mixing and matching the cables and the devices. I went in to the web interface and disabled and enabled the ports. I tried doing the factory reset of the device and that didn’t work either.

Today I went in to the Status page and even though the web interface states the 4 LAN ports are all enabled, the status page list them all as being disabled.

What next other than buying a whole new device?

LAN Port 1 Disabled Down -----
LAN Port 2 Disabled Down -----
LAN Port 3 Disabled Down -----
LAN Port 4 Disabled Down -----

Is the Wi-Fi connection currently working?

It looks like you've already covered the basic troubleshooting steps and also try swapping Ethernet cables.

If the issue persists and your modem is still under warranty, we recommend reaching out support team by visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance.
