SBG7600AC2 - Slow speed internet and unable to connect Xbox

My router is plugged in and my phone says i have wifi but when i have wifi turned on everything is really slow a d i cant connect to my xbox

Try connecting Xbox to the modem 2.4 network if that is not connecting you can try changing security mode on the modem GUI

Please select wireless 2.4G network > click on security mode drop down arrow and select > WPAWPA2/PSK(TKIP/AES) > save settings

power cycle modem then try connecting xbox to modem 2.4 network
