I’ve just received the SBG7400AC2 in the mail, and followed the instructions to get it set up. When it turns on, the top light and bottom two are solid blue. The middle light (internet connectivity) is off entirely, and the second light (send/receive) is blinking continuously. I am unable to connect using my service provider.

 

I have let it sit overnight and tried again, as well as completely disconnecting and reconnecting it. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you solve it? TIA!

Did you contact your ISP to have them provision it? And can they see it trying to connect? You won’t get an internet light until the upstream/downstream lock in. And they won’t lock if it isn’t provisioned or if its not connecting back. They might have to check the line or coax connection if its not connecting at all.
