The send receive light is blinking on my device. In the book it says it's does that when it's updating the modem but it's been over an hour now. And it is still blinking. I have power down the device a couple times and nothing has worked.

When the send/receive lights are blinking then it shows that cable signal levels are not on acceptable range .

Do screen share the downstream channels highest and lowest power levels and SNR and upstream channels highest and lowest power levels .
