I attempted to set up a USB drive on a Arris Surfboard Modem/Router SBG6950AC2.  I was able to map a drive on my PC to the USB drive on the modem/router.  I was able to navigate to the drive and to several folders I had created on the drive (when it was inserted on my PC).

I am not able to create a folder on the drive.  I am also not able to copy files over to the drive or to the folders on the drive.  It appears to be a permissions issue.  I opened up the access to everyone, but was still unable to create a new folder or copy a file to the drive.

I followed the steps outlined in this document:

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
