I have updated the Arris cable modem/router with the information that was provided to add a virutal server/port forward. How can I test that the changes were implemented correctly?

SBG7600AC2: Port Forwarding Setup

However, the Arlo hub is still not being recognized by the mobile app or the My Arlo portal. What troubleshooting can you provide?

Thanks

When attempting to open a port, please ensure that the Arlo hub has a valid IP address, which can be located under the client list in the web-based interface (GUI).

I would suggest you to do the port forwarding process once more time by referring to the below link.
