Trying to activate a Wi-Fi cable modem and when it asked me for the CmAC ID number I enter it, but it doesn’t go through. Any suggestions?

To activate modem you need to enter the HFC MAC address mentioned on the modem label. CM MAC and HFC MAC address are the same. So if you the modem is not getting activated on the service provider app then you can try contacting your internet service provider for your modem activation.
