I just purchased a Arris C335, my cable Co already activated but while i was connecting my tv it connected to the the Wireless but not the internet.

I already did the troubleshooting through the Surfboard Center as that's where i was instructed to do my who activation but all those many troubleshooting has no resolve the issue.

We understand that you are having issue with your modem and the modem number that you mentioned seems to be a non Arris modem so could you please help us with the right model number mentioned on the Arris modem to assist on this further.
