Unable to reset the modem - SBG6950AC2

Modem will not reset. Only 1 light is on.

Reset button is available in SBG6950AC2 . You can locate the reset button at the back side of the modem, it looks like very tiny hole.

What light is on?

are you pushing and holding reset for at least 15 seconds while its powered on?

What happens when you do so?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Power light is on. No reset button. I unplugged for 5 minutes and then plugged back in.
