USB Port Doesn't Recognize Devices

I cannot access USB external hard drives through my device (SBG6950AC2). Have tried several different USB hard drives. I think there’s supposed to be a (green) light on the modem/router indicating a device. No light is illuminated.

Thank you for the reply. After seeing this, I’m not sure.

The devices all worked with other computers.

I’ll have to look into this further.
