Just purchased WC4S to expand coverage of SBG7400AC2, after setting up via Surfboard App with Mesh connected to modem via yellow cord I received a successful message and could connect to the mesh from my phone, however when I disconnected the yellow cord and tried the mesh in any location it would not provide an internet signal. Any ideas?

Are you using one main router or the dual pack kit that is main router and satellite. If you are using one main router you need to have the device connected to the modem to access internet.
