I logged into the web interface, there are three headings at the top of the page: “Configuration”, “Operation”, and “Logout”. When I try to log into the Operation heading it asks for a password and the password for the web interface doesn’t work. Any idea on how to get a login/password for this area? Thanks

To do a reset on the modem sbg7400 AC2 please follow the below steps:
http://arris.force.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/SBG7400AC2-Factory-Reset
After doing a “Reset”: login on to “Web Manager” with password as password and there will be a popup asking to create a new password.
