We have tried to connect several times tonight and we keep getting “Cannot connect your home network”.  We have rebooted several times.  We are connected to the wifi on our computer and even on own phones.  So I don’t understand what we are doing wrong?

I am getting error code: 0000-1613

                           Please reboot the Gateway, then re-launch the app.  If the issue is encountered again, factory reset the gateway by pressing and holding down the button for 20 seconds.  Re-launch the app to continue the setup.
