Locked Out of ArrisSurfboard Account

I am locked out of my Arris Surfboard account and cannot reset my wifi network and password. I have tried to reset at 192.168.0.1, but receive this message "Invalid user name or password, or your access has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts!". For reference, I have a Surfboard SBG7600AC2.

Clarification: I am trying to use the “admin” username and “password” password after hard resetting my modem. I didn’t think it was possible to be locked out of the default settings. I called Arris customer support and was told I could not have my account unlocked unless I signed up for a warranty.

Since you are unable to login the GUI web portal, I suggest you to reset the modem and try to login again.

To perform factory reset, I suggest you to follow the below given steps on the link:
