If you are unable to access modem interface you can try on surfboard central application and if you ae not using this app you need to perform hard reset on the modem to access interface and you can change your WIFI credentials on the interface. To reset modem and to change the WIFI credentials on the interface please follow the steps mentioned on the below article.
