I tried switching to manual selection of 1,6 or 11 and all of them are not stable either.

I moved many of wifi appliances to 5 GHz (which is very stable) as I thought there were too many appliances on 2.4 GHz.  It helped for couple of weeks, but now it started dropping again.

Is there limit to how many appliance I can connect to 2.4 GHz?

Its usually 32 devices per band. How many devices do you have on the 2.4gh?

What type of environment do you live in? (condo, apartment, detached home)

I have about 15 devices on 2.4 and about 10 devices on 5.  Live in a single family home.
Would wifi extender help with this problem?

How big is the home?

Is the router centrally located?

Do wired devices drop?

Its a bit of a challenge because Iot devices are great at telling you when they’ve went offline. Other devices, don’t give you notices as much. So its a challenge because it could be the ISP’s line dropping for a short period and reconnecting.
