2.4 ghz loss 5ghz ok

I lose the 2.4 GHz only runs on two items 5 GHz runs on all other TV laptop. No problems have to reset modem. At least once every three days any help modem is only a year old

Based on your selected model, SBG8300, the 2.4 GHz band offers better range and stability but lower speed, whereas the 5 GHz band provides higher speed but has a shorter range.

Make sure that the gateway is placed in an open area to minimize Wi-Fi congestion.

If you find that the internet drops only on the 5ghz Wi-Fi network, I would suggest trying to change the Wi-Fi channels to improve the connection

It would be helpful to try changing the Wi-Fi channels to reduce congestion and improve the connection quality.
