2.4 Network Not Broadcasting Changed SSID and Password

New 8300 User. When I logged in on my iPhone using the default settings for the 2.4 network I had internet. I changed the SSID name/password of that 2.4 band but the gateway is not broadcasting it; it still shows the default. I’ve restarted the app and rebooted the gateway. 

I’ve also tried logging into the Web interface but I can’t seem to get in. 

Advice please. i have a ton of 2.4 band devices that are wondering why I have deserted them...

Maybe something got messed up while changing it. Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
